SOME COMMON FAQs:
Q. I want a quote on how much freight it will
cost to send items to me.
A. Please use the Shopping cart to calculate this automatically for you as it is
based on location, weight and box size of the items ordered. You can simply
cancel the order by not proceeding to the payment screen or set the quantity of
the items ordered to Zero and press Recalculate.
Q. I want an email of confirmation of order receipt and date of dispatch. How
do I get this?
A: Our system automatically emails out to you the night the order is dispatched
with the Consignment number and web address for you to track your parcel.
Q. I did not get an email confirming dispatch.
A. Anti spam filters that Internet providers use can cause them to just
disappear without any notice to us or you. Norton AntiSpam will add these emails
to a Spam folder as they include a live Http Link. You must add
www.modelflight.com.au to the
allowed domains to stop this.
